The University of California Black Administrators’ Council (UCBAC) is pleased to announce the 2026 UCBAC Virtual Conference on February 11 and 26, 2026.
This year's theme is Still, We Rise, and the conference will provide a professional learning environment with particular attention to issues affecting UC’s Black/African American community. Participation in this event is open to all UC staff and faculty.

You spoke and we listened. Community members have inquired about the ability to purchase UCBAC shirts in recent years. While we may be logging in from different locations this year, our mission remains unified. Let’s show up in strength and style!
We are inviting you to purchase an official UCBAC shirt to wear during our designated solidarity days on February 11 and February 26. Even though we can’t be together in the same room, we can still represent our community and our commitment to Black excellence across the UC system.
To ensure processing time and delivery before February 11, the site to order your UCBAC gear will be open through January 26.
